And GW wonders why Guard players, in particular, use so many recasts, 3rd party models, and 3d prints.The shield captain and squads have two weapon options, so one set with spears and one with axes. That means the maximum usable amount is 3 vexila, 2 shield captains, and 36 allarus custodians for 41 total terminators. With a few more custodes boxes, we should be getting close to critical terminator mass.
